Applications for cash assistance from five regions were approved by the Housing FundNovember 24, 2017
According to RIA Novosti, applications for the Voronezh, Omsk, Smolensk and Vladimir regions, as well as the Kamchatka Territory for financial subsidies in their programs were approved by the Housing Reform Fund.
Resettlement and overhaul of dilapidated housing
The board of the fund approved the receipt of financial assistance for the renovation of residential buildings, as well as the resettlement of residents from housing in disrepair in 2012 for the Smolensk and Voronezh regions.
They also approved the programs for the overhaul of homes at the request of the Vladimir Region and the Kamchatka Territory.
Voronezh region housing and public utilities fund will be allocated 51.39 million rubles, transfers from the region will be 21.24 million rubles.The money is going to be spent on the resettlement of 11 houses in disrepair and overhaul of 7 apartment buildings. Upon completion of the program, living conditions will be improved for 698 citizens.
Smolensk region fund will be allocated 19.96 million rubles, co-financing from the region will be 6.92 million rubles. The funds received will be directed to the resettlement of 2 houses in an emergency condition and the overhaul of 4 apartment buildings. Upon completion of these programs, living conditions will be improved for 134 citizens.
The Vladimir region will receive from the fund funds for 4.85 million rubles for the overhaul of a residential house located in the village of Krasnaya Gorbatka, the region will invest 2.22 million rubles in co-financing. As a result of this program, 182 people will improve their living conditions.
Kamchatka Territory will receive from the fund funds for 1.05 million rubles, co-financing from the region will be 1.94 million rubles. The funds will be used for the overhaul of one apartment house located in Novolesnovskiy PGT, as a result of which the housing conditions will be improved for 68 citizens.
Settling in view of multi-storey construction
In connection with the need to develop multi-storey construction, the Vladimir and Omsk regions will receive funding from the Housing and Utilities Fund to resettle people from housing in disrepair.
Taking into account the need to maintain and develop low-rise construction, 32.48 million rubles will be allocated for the relocation of people from 11 houses in disrepair, Omsk Region, with co-financing from the region of about 18.03 million rubles. At the end of this stage, 97 people will enter the low-rise buildings.
According to the application, the Vladimir region will be financed from the Housing and Utilities Fund for 18.26 million rubles, while the region will transfer 7.01 million rubles. Taking into account the development of low-rise construction, the money will be sent to relocate 46 people from two emergency facilities in the city of Vyazniki to houses of similar construction.
