- cream - 60-80 ml;

- sour cream - 100 g and 50 g of mayonnaise;

- salt and pepper (to taste).
If you bought not a fillet, but ordinary cod, itsneed to be divided first. Take the fish and cut it with a sharp knife so that it's easy to remove the spine and other bones. - cod - about 1 kg;
- a bunch of parsley;
- 100 g of carrots;
- 150 g of onions;
- 3 tablespoons butter;
- a teaspoon of salt;
- juice of one lemon;
- a pinch of black pepper and a bit of mustard (if desired).
We cut off the head of the fish and washed the cod well,then sprinkle with lemon juice. Now mix the pepper and salt and rub the fish with this mixture from the inside. The skin can be greased with mustard. Next finely chop parsley, clean and cut the carrots with straw, and onions - rings. Stir vegetables and lightly fry them in oil. Then we lubricate the foil with butter and put fish on it. Only to lubricate the oil should not be too plentiful, since we still need it. Stuff fish half the toasted vegetable mixture, and the rest of the half is poured from above. We put on top with thin pieces of butter and close the foil, connecting the ends.
