How to make a fan?
Of course, today any household appliance, includingnumber and fan, can be purchased at the store. But for those who prefer to do things themselves and at the same time save money, it will be interesting how to make a fan with their own hands. Such homemade devices are compact enough, they can be easily transferred from place to place. And most importantly, they are absolutely not expensive, as they are assembled from improvised materials. In order to make a fan we will need:
- Super glue,
- piece of thick wire,
- two pieces of wire,
- soldering iron.
Making a fan is not as difficult as it might seem at first glance. Consider how to make a fan in stages.
- We collect the power supply. We clean the wires by about 0.5 cm and process the tip of the wire with the soldering iron so that they do not dissolve. On the copper part of the wire, we put a little flux or rosin, heat the copper core with a soldering iron and apply solder. The same way we process the outputs of the battery pack. Prepared contacts solder to the battery pack - the red wire to the positive, blue, respectively, to minus. Although in this case it is not so important to which pole the wires will be soldered, after all the self-made fan on batteries is an extremely simple design that does not require complicated elements.
- We prepare the skeleton. The frame is necessary for fixing the motor. To do this, we take a dense wire and make a tripod from it, wrapping the wire around the motor. By the way, that the motor in the tripod was more securely fixed, a small amount of glue can be applied to the wire. For the stability of the fan, we make a solid foundation, the role of which will be played by the power supply unit. To the power supply we attach the legs of the tripod, which will ensure the reliability of the entire structure.
- We wait, when the glue dries and soldered towire motor. For this purpose it is necessary to cut the wires so that they are convenient to connect, but at the same time, so that they are not unnecessarily stretched. To the power unit attach the switch, to one output of which it is necessary to solder the wire carrying "plus", and the wire "minus" is soldered to the motor. The third wire connect the stamps of the switch and the motor. All these manipulations will allow us to easily turn on and off the fan.
- We make a propeller. We take a compact disc, saw it on the blades and bend them with hot air (with a hairdryer or blowing a blow through a tube to the flame of a candle). Finished blades are glued to the motor, we wait, when the glue dries and we start the fan in operation.
Here, in general, then everything, as you see makeThe fan by the hands is simple enough. Now you know how to make a fan. Video - information on this topic will also be useful and interesting for you as a visual aid.
