Ingredients:

  • rabbit - 1 carcass;
  • onion - 5-6 pieces;
  • Butter - 60 g;
  • pork fat - 40 g;
  • tomatoes - 3 pieces;
  • sour cream - a few spoons of canteens;
  • greens, salt, pepper.

To begin with, we clean both my onions, then cut itrings or semirings. Wash tomatoes and cut into small circles. Cut the greens. After that, wash the carcass of the rabbit, sprinkle with pepper, salt and put into a baking dish, greased with pork. Top the meat with sour cream and put onions on it. In this form, the dish is baked for about an hour and a half.

It should be noted that the rabbit in the oven in sour creamit turns out very juicy and tasty. When the meat is ready, it needs to be poured with fat, which is left from baking and butter, then sprinkle with greens and lay out beautifully the tomatoes.

Rabbit in oven in sour cream with garlic

For this method of preparation, it is necessary to take a mold or a baking sheet with high sides and a lid. Ingredients:

  • sour cream - 600 g;
  • rabbit - 1 carcass;
  • carrots - a few pieces;
  • onions - a few pieces;
  • butter - 2 table spoons;
  • garlic - 3-4 wedges;
  • spices, salt, pepper.

Before you start cooking,it is necessary to marinate a rabbit carcass for several hours. You can do this in any way at your discretion. After that, the marinated meat is divided into small pieces. Each of them must be fried in sunflower oil. After that, shift the pieces of meat into dishes, where our dish will be prepared. Then clean the carrots and cut into strips, and peeled onions cut into rings. Carrots and onions pass in creamy butter. Passaged vegetables are laid out on meat, we add pepper, spices, herbs, salt.

Now let's start preparing the sour cream sauce. To do this, sour cream should be heated in a water bath so that it becomes liquid. Then we pour it in this form into the dishes, where rabbit meat is laid out. Do this carefully so that the sour cream is poured in slowly (by stenochke). Then all this is brought to a boil on the stove and put into the oven (180 degrees). At the beginning of baking, meat should be poured from time to time with juice, which is released from the rabbit, then cover it with a lid. The total cooking time of the dish is about 40 minutes.

Rabbit in the oven in the sleeve with vegetables

  • rabbit (preferably using fillets) - 0.4 kg;
  • carrots - a few pieces;
  • potatoes - 6-7 pieces;
  • Bulgarian pepper - a few pieces;
  • pepper, salt, spices.

Also for cooking this dish you will need a sleeve for baking.

Initially, we cut rabbit meat into smallpieces. Vegetables washing and sliced: potatoes - small cubes, carrots - circles or semicircles, pepper - straws or circles. All the prepared ingredients are laid out in a sleeve, add spices, salt and put on a baking sheet. We put everything in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. Rabbit is about 45 minutes.

Rabbit meat in tomato sauce

Ingredients:

  • rabbit - 0.6 kg;
  • tomato paste - 200 g;
  • pork fat - 40 g;
  • onions - a few pieces;
  • pickled cucumbers - a few pieces;
  • greenery;
  • salt, spices.

First, mine and clean the onions, then chop finely. Cucumbers cut into slices. Grind the greens. Rinse the rabbit's meat and cut into small pieces, then add salt and spices to taste and fry about 10 minutes on fat with pork. After this, pour a little water into the meat and add the tomato paste. The dish must be cooked until prepared. Then put in a dish and pour the top with the remaining sauce, in which meat was cooked. Arrange the rabbit with herbs, cucumbers. Just like the rabbit in the oven in sour cream, this dish turns out very tasty.

Rabbit in the oven as a whole

Ingredients:

  • rabbit - 1 carcass;
  • mayonnaise - several spoons of canteens;
  • fat - 40 g;
  • onions - a few pieces;
  • greenery;
  • salt, spices.

We clean our onion and cut it with rings. Greens carefully and chop finely. The rabbit meat is washed and rubbed with spices, salt, then greased with mayonnaise and put into a baking dish along with onions. Place the dish in the oven (180 degrees). This method of cooking is very similar to a rabbit dish in an oven in sour cream, only without the use of sour cream. The dish is prepared for about 40-50 minutes.
